Private Chef
THE OC CAJUN: Chef Joshua Potter hails from the heart of Cajun Country, just south of Lafayette, LA. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he returned to Louisiana to embark on his culinary journey. His fine dining experience led him to a position as Garde Manger at Andrea Ristorante in Newport Beach’s prestigious Pelican Hill resort. During the pandemic, Chef Joshua honed his skills by perfecting Smoked Andouille sausage a staple of traditional Cajun cuisine. Rivaling those found anywhere in South Louisiana! In 2021, he launched his own private chef business, offering unique dining experiences that rival those found in Houston.
