The maximum occupancy for our rental is 6 guests.
Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests.
Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.
Terms
- 3 day minimum stay.
- Longer stays negotiated.
- Must be 21 years old to book.
- Copy of current DL/passport required.
- Refundable security deposit of $500 due to hold dates, payable within 5 days via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, personal check (with current address), or cashier's check.
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in at 3 pm; Check-out at 10 am.
- Early check-in/late check-out may be arranged if the rental schedule permits.
- Maximum of 6 guests.
- Family pets welcome with current vaccines. $20 per night fee. Pets cannot be left unattended.
- Pack and play, high chair, and beach pop-up tent available.
- Secure storage provided on street level for beach gear and personal items (e.g., chairs, boogie boards, surfboards and bikes).
